Restructured and updated language in “Your Data Privacy Rights” to reference comprehensive U.S. state privacy laws and clarify that we are not currently subject to those laws.

Updated Section 5 to reflect new functionality and policies, largely related to processing refunds.

Added Section 4, which includes terms related to our new ticketing features.
Revised text throughout the terms to appropriately incorporate references to our new ticketing features.
Restructured parts of the terms related to payments and third-party services to articulate how these relate to all payment processing services that are a part of Chorus Connection.

We created this new document to detail the terms and conditions that apply to people who purchase tickets through our new ticketing platform.

We updated Section 2.1 and made minor tweaks elsewhere to reflect the upcoming addition of Setup Fees for new accounts. As currently noted on our pricing page, Setup Fees will take effect beginning Jan 1, 2019.
